**THE ROLE:** As a Senior AI Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across various products. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, especially in AI/LLM pipelines, scalable architecture, JavaScript frameworks, and modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for overseeing AI solution lifecycles from prototyping to production, while also actively participating in coding, code reviews, and architectural decision-making. You will collaborate closely with product managers, ML engineers, backend/frontend developers, and DevOps teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and maintainable software systems. This role demands hands-on leadership with a deep understanding of AI and full-stack development ecosystem. **THE LOCATION:** G-8/1, Islamabad (On-site) **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Design, architect, and implement AI-driven systems including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and generative models like Stable Diffusion. - Maintain a hands-on role in writing clean, scalable, and efficient code across frontend and backend components. - Lead architectural reviews and technical design sessions to ensure scalability, robustness, and maintainability. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for both AI and non-AI workloads. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, AI/ML, DevOps, Frontend/Backend Developers) to translate business requirements into well-engineered solutions. - Stay current with emerging web technologies, AI frameworks, and DevOps trends and integrate them into architectural decisions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack and pipeline. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers and data scientists. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in full-stack or backend development, with at least 3+ years working on AI/ML projects.** - **Programming:** Strong hands-on coding skills. Proven ability to write clean, scalable code in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. - **JavaScript Frameworks:** Proficient in modern frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, or similar. - **AI/ML Experience:** - Deep understanding and practical experience of working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, DeepSeek). - Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search (e.g., Pinecone). - Hands-on with generative models such as Stable Diffusion or similar. - Familiarity with AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex). - **Architecture:** - Demonstrated experience in designing and building scalable, event-driven, and distributed systems. - Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and cloud-native architecture. - **DevOps:** - Expertise in DevOps practices, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). - Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). - **Soft Skills:** - Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment. **EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:** Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related discipline. **Important Note:** Please send your CVs along with cover letter to [email protected].
