**Dear Candidate!** **Greetings from TCS !!!** **Role: Middleware Platform Engineer** **Location: Hyderabad/Pune** **Experience Range: 8 to 14 Years** **Job Description:** - Own L3 operations for middleware stacks: installation, patching, upgrades, and break/fix. - Implement observability: metrics, logs, traces via Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/Splunk, OpenTelemetry. - Define and meet SLOs/SLAs, reduce MTTR, conduct postincident RCAs, and drive remediation. - Performance tuning: JVM/GC, thread pools, connection pools, TLS offload, caching/CDN - Application servers: IBM WebSphere/Liberty, JBoss/WildFly, Apache Tomcat, NGINX. - API/Microservices: Kong/Apigee/Azure API Management; Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd). - Messaging & Integration: Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus. - Design multiregion/DR topologies, clustering, autoscaling, and capacity models. - Standardize infrastructureascode (Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation) and immutable builds (Packer). - Enforce secure baselines: TLS 1.2/1.3, cipher suites, mTLS, secrets management (Vault/KMS). - Implement authentication/authorization: OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, JWT, API keys, consent scopes. - Manage certificate lifecycle, key rotation, and WAF/API threat protections (ratelimiting, bot defense). - Align with Zero Trust, least privilege/RBAC, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO/NIST/PCI where applicable). - Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible/Chef/Salt, Helm/Kustomize for Kubernetes. **TCS has been a great pioneer in feeding the fire of Young Techies like you.
