The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise-grade Python development, and must be able to work in a **hybrid onsite model in Alpharetta, GA** . **🔍 Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy Python-based GenAI and Agentic AI solutions - Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel - Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) into enterprise applications - Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases - Develop APIs and backend services using FastAPI / Flask - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources - Optimize prompts, agent workflows, and model performance - Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI applications - Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and DevOps teams - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to design discussions **✅ Required Skills & Experience** - 5+ years of professional Python development experience - Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions - Experience building Agentic AI / Autonomous Agents - Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks - Experience with LLMs and APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) - Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases - Experience with FastAPI or Flask for backend/API development - Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development - Strong communication and problem-solving skills **🎯 Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills** - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI services - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices - Experience in financial services or enterprise environments
