For more information, visit us at www.tcs.com. **Key Responsibilities:** **Technical Implementation & Advisory** - Work with Google technical and project leads, customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to scope, manage, and deliver successful implementations of cloud solutions. - Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development based on field experience. - Interact with internal specialists, product teams, and engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership. **Program & Delivery Management** - Lead the program management of multifunctional large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance, verification, tracking, and reporting. - Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines to ensure successful client outcomes. - Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives; break down large pprojects/processes into sub-projects executable by other teams or partners. **Risk & Quality Assurance** - Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the account(s) and regularly track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves. - Manage the delivery quality of Google and Partner teams and resources where required. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in project management, delivering technical solutions, or technical consulting services. - Experience delivering material digital transformation projects to global organizations. **Technical Skills:** - Experience in computing infrastructure (e.g., servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers, Kubernetes) and architecting, developing, or maintaining solutions in virtualized environments. - Advanced knowledge of infrastructure automation (DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, Software Defined Networking, Containerization/Kubernetes, Serverless, etc.). - Language: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory (Written and Spoken). **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certifications: GCP Professional Cloud Architect. - Education: MMaster's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Tools: GCP experience (GKE, GCE, Cloud Run, Cloud Networking/SDN, Cloud Foundations) is preferred; equivalent experience in other public clouds is acceptable. - Operational Skills: Ability to work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution, Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization. - Collaboration: Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base, collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers. **Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
