**Job Title: Multi-Cloud** **Infra** **L3 Administrator (Lead Role)**

**Role Overview:**
- Looking for a seasoned **Multi-Cloud** **L3 Administrator** to lead and manage enterprise cloud environments across **AWS**, **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, and potentially other public clouds.
- This role demands advanced technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
- The candidate will act as the primary owner of all cloud operations and drive modernization initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take complete ownership of multi-cloud operations and administration.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud governance, security, and compliance.
- Lead migration from legacy systems to modern cloud architecture.
- Provision, configure, and maintain resources across AWS and GCP (Compute, Storage, Networking).
- Manage hybrid cloud environments and ensure seamless integration.
- Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
- Implement IAM policies, role-based access controls, and encryption standards.
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks like ISO, SOC, GDPR.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using **Terraform**, **CloudFormation**, and GCP Deployment Manager.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.
- Automate operational tasks and patching.
- Monitor performance using AWS CloudWatch and GCP Monitoring.
- Optimize resource utilization and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) and Docker environments.
- Support containerized workloads and microservices architecture.
- Work closely with DevOps, Networking, and Application teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
**Required Technical Expertise:**
- Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP (preferred certifications).
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and containerization.
- Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good to have scripting skills in Python/Bash.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (**ISO**, **SOC**, **GDPR**).
- Exposure to **cost management tools** and **FinOps practices**.
**Certifications:**
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (or equivalent).
