This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation with an eye toward accessibility, optimization, and security, within the infrastructure. Our team is currently hiring for a level 4. **Position Responsibilities:** - Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks to leverage IT support staff - Use expert-level configuration, administration and optimization of hosts and servers to ensure high availability of infrastructure and systems - Participate in the design of information and operational support systems - Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system engineering tasks **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** - Linux and Windows architect experience - Virtualization expertise (vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V) - Azure and Office 365 Tenant administration - Storage Services and Platforms (e.g. Dell PowerStore, PowerVault) - CompTIA Security+ Certificate - Bachelor's degree from an accepted and accredited college or university with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience - Four (4) years of system engineering experience or minimum seven (7) in a senior system administrator role - This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
