**Role: Technical Program Manager**
**Location: Fort Mill, SC/ Austin, TX (3 days onsite a week)**
**Duration: Full Time**
**Role Overview**
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and application development to lead complex technology programs from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent program management skills, and experience working in Agile environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive end-to-end program execution for application development projects hosted on AWS.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Oversee architecture discussions and ensure alignment with AWS best practices.
- Coordinate across multiple teams for integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Track progress using Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in AWS environments.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- 12+ years of experience in program/project management in technology-driven environments.
- Strong technical background in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- PMP or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
