Join our team and help us transform IT! **Your Role And Responsibilities** We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive Turbonomic growth. An ideal candidate would be entrepreneurial, adaptable, analytical, persuasive, empathetic, tenacious, curious, and a creative problem solver, who is exposed to, and is well versed in, both business and technology concepts. We are specifically looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge and exposure to Software Portfolio Growth as well as any of the following: - PLG - Product Led Growth - Demand Generation - Go to Market Strategies - Dashboard creation in ThoughtSpot, Cognos, Amplitude, and Sales Force - Design and development of Freemium software offerings Product Managers (PM) operate in a demanding role at the epicenter of multidisciplinary teams which include design, engineering, sales, marketing, finance and legal. In this role, you’ll play a central role leading and orchestrating the definition of product requirements and go-to-market strategy to solve data challenges of enterprise and mid-market clients. This role requires collaboration and coordination across internal and external teams and will be visible at the highest levels of our organization. **Preferred Education** None **Required Technical And Professional Expertise** Extensive experience working with any of the following: - Product Led Growth Initiatives - Go to Market Strategies - Freemium product offerings - Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) - Container Platforms (Kubernetes) - Infrastructure as Code / DevOps Tooling - VMWare or other hyperscalers 5+ years of product management experience managing enterprise IT solutions (infrastructure, monitoring, management, maintenance etc) Demonstrated experience driving product ownership and growth Experience in Product Management with an technical/engineering background **Preferred Technical And Professional Experience** - Proven experience driving large product growth on a cloud focused platform or product - Keen understanding of enterprise best practices of cloud and Kubernetes management- tagging, resourcing, provisioning, scaling, and optimizing - A deep understanding of the cloud and Kubernetes industry trends and technology stacks (sql, app service environments, serverless, containers) - Insight into how to delight enterprise IT users who are invested in the public cloud and Kubernetes technology stacks and are struggling with scale, manageability, complexity, cost, and performance issues.
