Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC today. **Job Description: MuleSoft Platform SME** **Role Overview** We are seeking experienced MuleSoft Platform SME in enterprise integration and platform architecture specifically in setting up and managing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role focuses in supporting the setup, configuration, and administration of the MuleSoft Platform across the enterprise. Working closely with MuleSoft Platform Architect, SME ensures that the platform is correctly provisioned, secured, monitored, and optimized for performance and scalability. This role bridges the gap between strategic architecture and hands-on implementation, assisting with platform enablement, environment configuration, and operational governance. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist MuleSoft Platform Architect in end-to end setup of MuleSoft Platform that includes control plane and runtime plane (CloudHub 2.0, RTF or local) configuration, Private Spaces/VPC configurations, VPN connectivity setup. - Configure use access management, security mechanisms, organization hierarchy. - Configure logging, Monitoring, Alerting for MuleSoft Platform. - Define and design reusable artefacts such as templates, logging, error handling frameworks. - Define and create best practices, code review checklists. - Work closely with MuleSoft Platform Architects and delivery teams to ensure the platform readiness aligns with integration roadmap. - Perform sanity check across all environments after Platform Setup. - Collaborate closely with other senior developers to build reusable artefacts and configure the same. **Required Skills & Experience** - 7+ years of total experience in application integration and platform architecture with 3+ years of proven experience setting up and developing integrations/APIs on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as per organization needs. - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCIA), MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD). - Proven experience in setting up and managing MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric and on-premises MuleSoft Deployments. - Deep Experience in Private Spaces/VPC / VPN setup, TLS/SSL, load balancers, inbound/outbound traffic rules, and fire-wall configurations. - Expertise in configuring CICD pipelines for MuleSoft application deployments. - Expertise in defining and configuring security configurations (Authentication, Security Policy Enablement) for MuleSoft Platform. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills **Nice–To-Have:** - Experience in working with other integration platforms and platform setup such as Boomi, Tibco, Azure Integration Solutions. - Exposure with hybrid/multi-cloud deployments. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS). **Top Reasons to Join Our Team at TCS Australia** **Attractive compensation & rewards** We offer a highly competitive salary package aligned with the Australian market, complemented by performance-based incentives, recognition programs, and comprehensive employee benefits.
