**Your Role And Responsibilities**
As a Product Manager in Digital Product Engineering, you'll bring your strategic and collaborative skills to our team, contributing to the creation and alignment of teams around the product's vision, goals, and success metrics. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning and growing as you help drive impactful business outcomes for our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and align teams around the product's vision, goals, and success metrics
- Gather insights, perform market and customer research, and consider perspectives from multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate the vision and priorities into Product team workstreams and create the product/s backlog/s
- Work with stakeholders to get buy-in and approval on all major directional decisions for the product
- Lead and work within a multidisciplinary team, bringing together user needs and considering both business and technical considerations/constraints
**Preferred Education**
Bachelor's Degree
**Required Technical And Professional Expertise**
- Ability to define and articulate product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, project teams, functional managers, and specialists from various areas (such as digital, operations, policy, and legal)
- Ability to build consensus, manage expectations, and facilitate effective decision-making and prioritization
- Ability to define a Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
- Experience in overseeing the ongoing evolution of the product roadmap and managing the product backlog
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and learn from senior team members
