Our current focus and innovation in Digital Hyper expansion TM offers nearly limitless opportunities for career growth. **Job Summary** **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications. - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and monitoring. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the front-end and back-end. - Mentor, support, and guide engineers on best practices, code quality, and career growth. - Conduct code reviews, facilitate tech discussions, and drive continuous improvement. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose tools or frameworks that improve productivity and scalability. - Ensure secure, reliable, and performant solutions that meet business goals. **Requirements** - 6+ years of professional software development experience. - 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role. - Proven experience with both frontend and backend development. - Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). - Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar. - Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and system design. - Strong working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in leading cross-functional teams or multiple engineers on large-scale projects. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. - Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). - Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product development environment. - Understanding of DevOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), or observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
