This role involves administering MAS applications and services, ensuring system health, and supporting troubleshooting and incident resolution while maintaining security and compliance. - Administer MAS applications and services (Manage, Monitor, Health, etc.). - Manage users, roles, and access controls (RBAC, SSO). - Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics. - Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes to MAS environments. - Support troubleshooting and resolve incidents in collaboration with technical teams. **Required Technical And Professional Expertise** - Familiarity with MAS UI, CLI, and administrative tools. - Basic knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes for container management. - Experience with Maximo configurations, workflows, and security settings. - Understanding of MAS licensing and entitlements. **Preferred Technical And Professional Experience** - Exposure to cloud deployments and hybrid environments. - Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance tuning for MAS. - Familiarity with automation tools for administrative tasks. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
