This is a fully remote, US-based role focused on building high-quality test automation and DevOps infrastructure to support the full suite of software and mobile applications. If you're excited about leveraging AI to help teams move faster, enjoy shipping features end-to-end, and want a strong balance between autonomy and collaboration this role offers real growth, hands-on learning, and a sustainable work-life balance. **Required Skills & Experience** - Automation First: Focus on building robust, maintainable automation suites (Playwright) and frameworks. - CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests directly into pipelines, ensuring quality gates for every build. - Infrastructure Awareness: Understand cloud basics (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform) to manage test environments. Serverless Framework deploying lambda services, Terraform for infrastructure setup like dynamodb, sns, sqs, cognito, etc. - Developer Collaboration: Work closely with devs to design testable code, conduct code reviews, and promote shared quality ownership. - Shift-Left Mentality: Start testing early in the development lifecycle, shifting quality left. - Spec-Driven Development: writing specifications that become the source of truth and start coding with AI from there. Ensuring test cases are documented in the proper format.
