**The Java/Python Engineer Role:** The Software Engineer must have demonstrable hands-on experience that shows understanding of how Digital Solutions play a critical role in an organization, and has experience working in BE technologies. The Software Engineer will be able to demonstrate he/she can select the right methodologies and management practices.
