**The Role:** Join the core team supporting Europe's grid modernization. Provide L2/L3 technical support for Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS) ensuring reliable integration of solar, wind, batteries, and EVs into the European power grid. **What You'll Do:** - Provide 24x7 L2/L3 support for DERMS applications and integrations - Monitor system performance and data flows between DERMS, SCADA, ADMS, and distributed resources - Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes - Support deployments, upgrades, and system configuration changes - Collaborate with engineering teams on reliability and cybersecurity improvements - Participate in on-call rotation for critical grid operations support - **3+ years** in application support or energy management systems - **Hands-on DERMS experience** - implementation or support in at least 1 project - **Strong ADMS/SCADA support background** (utilities domain essential) - **DevOps experience with Kubernetes** (not just theory) - Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - **Utilities domain experience is mandatory** **Nice-to-Have:** - GridOS ecosystem knowledge - Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) - Cybersecurity certifications (NERC CIP, ISO 27001) - ITIL certification - Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) **Why This Role Matters:** You'll be part of the team ensuring reliable integration of renewable energy across Europe's power grid.
