Automation: Automation initiatives to streamline deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration processes. 3. Team Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps team members 4. Customer and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholder to understand their requirements and provide DevOps solutions 5. Toolset Expertise: Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools and technologies, evaluate their applicability, and recommend their adoption when appropriate. Familiarity with: a. Source Code Management (SCM) tools (e.g., Gitlab CI (preferable), Git, Bitbucket) b. Continuous Integration (CI) tools (e.g., Gitlab CI (preferable), Jenkins, Travis CI) c. Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift) d. Code quality and Security SonarQube, Fortify, Burp e. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) f. Scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) g. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) 6. Fully Automated DevOps Pipeline: Set up and maintain a fully automated DevOps pipeline, ensuring seamless code integration, testing, and deployment. 7. Release Management: Manage and oversee multiple release management processes, ensuring smooth and coordinated software releases. 8. Security and Compliance: Ensure that DevOps practices align with security and compliance standards, making data protection and regulatory requirements a top priority.
