Ensure the smooth operations of the CI/CD pipeline, enabling seamless continuous integration and deployment processes. - Collaborate with development teams to address technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the efficiency of the CI/CD process. - Automate and optimize various aspects of the CI/CD pipeline using script programming languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. - Provide technical support to our customers via various communication channels, including Slack. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by product teams to ensure the pipeline operates efficiently and delivers high-quality software. **Preferred Education** Master's Degree **Required Technical And Professional Expertise** - 2+ years experience as DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer - Proficiency with Source and project control (GitHub Enterprise, ZenHub, Jira) - Proficiency automating using Go, Python, C, C++, Ansible or Shell scripting - Proficiency with Continuous Integration platforms (Jenkins, Terraform, TeamCity, Travis CI) - Hands on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Instana, Grafana, New Relic, sysdig, logDNA) - Hands on experience with Load balancing, geo routing, and proxying - Networking – Firewalls and Load Balancing (Vyatta, StrongSwan) - NoSQL databases, key-stores and other data-structure solutions (MongoDB, Redis) - Virtual application and web servers (Apache, NGINX, WebSphere, IIS) **Preferred Technical And Professional Experience** - Deployment tools and processes, CI/CD Pipeline, Travis CI - Hands on experience with micro services, Docker, Kubernetes or other cloud technologies In-depth understanding of the entire web development process, including strong expertise building REST APIs
