This role will play a key part in designing, implementing, and operationalizing security controls across Kubernetes platforms while partnering closely with infrastructure, platform, and security engineering teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative, engineering-driven security team where you'll have real ownership over container security architecture, standards, and tooling. If you enjoy building environments from the ground up, influencing security strategy, and working hands-on in Azure and Kubernetes, this role offers both technical depth and long-term upside.

- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience standing up and securing Kubernetes environments from scratch
- Solid background in Azure, with emphasis on Azure networking and cloud security
- Understanding of container security best practices (RBAC, network policies, image security, runtime controls)
- Experience working in collaborative, SCRUM-based environments
**What You Will Be Doing**
**Tech Breakdown**
- 70% Container & Kubernetes Security Engineering (Docker, Kubernetes, security controls, standards)
- 20% Cloud & Azure Security / Networking (AKS, networking, identity, policies)
- 10% Collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
**Day-to-Day**
- Review and prioritize work from the SCRUM board
- Design and implement container and Kubernetes security controls
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and platform teams
- Support operational security initiatives and ongoing improvements
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis now and in the future.
