**Role: DevOps & Automation Architect** **Required Technical Skill Set: Terraform, Ansible, AWS/Azure, or GitLab** **Desired Experience Range: 8-10 Years** **Location of Requirement: Hyderabad, India** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** Must-Have\*\* (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) DevOps & CI/CD Architecture • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD. • Define DevOps strategy and tooling across development, testing, and production environments. • Integrate security and compliance checks into automated workflows (DevSecOps). Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Architect and manage infrastructure using Terraform/Cloud formation across AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Develop reusable Terraform/Cloud formation modules and manage state securely. • Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure. Configuration Management • Lead automation of system provisioning and configuration using Ansible. • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for Linux and Windows environments. • Integrate Ansible workflows into CI/CD pipelines and cloud provisioning tools. UI Automation & Framework Integration • Architect UI automation strategy for applications built on Semaform UI. • Design reusable test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with frontend tower teams to ensure test coverage and performance optimization. Leadership & Collaboration • Act as a technical authority and mentor for DevOps and automation teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional tower teams including cloud architects, developers, QA, and security. • Define best practices, standards, and documentation for automation and infrastructure. Good-to-Have • 8 to 9 years of experience in DevOps, automation, and cloud infrastructure. • Expert-level proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD. • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell). • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Knowledge with Semaform UI or similar custom UI frameworks. • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). **Responsibility** 1 Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD. 2 Define DevOps strategy and tooling across development, testing, and production environments. 3 Collaborate with cross-functional tower teams including cloud architects, developers, QA, and security 4 Lead automation of system provisioning and configuration using Ansible. 5 Architect UI automation strategy for applications built on Semaform UI. 6 Act as a technical authority and mentor for DevOps and automation teams. 7 Collaborate with cross-functional tower teams including cloud architects, developers, QA, and security.
