**Senior Kotlin Backend Developer:** For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Kotlin Backend Developer for a long contract based in Amsterdam. Its paying well and my client can interview asap! **Job Details:** As a **Kotlin Backend Developer** , you will be a valued team member and collaborative team player, contributing to shared successes. You will work within an **Agile Scrum team** operating in two-week sprints and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives. You will design, analyse, and implement **application and data architecture solutions** , develop high-quality backend code, enforce coding standards, and establish best practices. You will also manage deployments and take shared responsibility for the team’s codebase within a **DevOps way of working** , including availability for **24/7 on-call standby rotations** . - Strong hands-on experience with **Kotlin** (minimum 2 years; 4+ years preferred) - Solid experience with **Java** and **Kotlin** (mandatory) - Experience with **Oracle PL/SQL** (preferred) - Strong knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices** - Experience working with **Kubernetes** - Hands-on experience with **Spring Boot** and **Hibernate** - Strong understanding of **CI/CD practices in an Azure cloud environment** - Experience with **Kafka, Grafana, PostgreSQL, and APIs** is a strong plus If this is you, then please do not delay in applying!
